4. Having used mount or the big screw-driver as the lever, estimate the size of a side play of components of support. There where the possibility of use of the lever is absent, ask the assistant to shake the unit in various directions, try to estimate visually a side play in support. Remember that some free wheeling of components is put in a design of support and is defined by presence at them of flexible rubber pillows. The attention should be paid only to the excessive weak point appearing mainly as a result of weakening of fixture, or owing to mechanical damages of metal arms.

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Release from intermediate clamps around a support arrangement all electric wires and hoses and take them aside, having released sufficient working space.
2. Get a jack under the engine, for distribution of loading having laid wooden whetstone between its head and the pallet of a case. Cock a jack, having accepted on it the weight of the unit and having completely unloaded a support.
3. Give three nuts of fastening of an arm of the right support to the engine block. Turn off also only nut of fastening of an arm to a rubber pillow of a support and remove an arm.
4. Remove a rubber buffer plate from a pillow hairpin, then turn out assembly of a pillow from a body element and remove from the car. In case of need the arm of a support can be отболчен from a wall of a head of cylinders and also is removed.
5. Attentively check all components for existence of signs of wear and mechanical damages, replace defective parts.
6. At assembly screw assembly of a pillow on the regular place in a body element of the car and strongly tighten it. If removed, establish an arm on a head wall, having slightly greased fixing bolts with the fixing sealant and having tightened them with the required effort.
7. Put on a rubber buffer plate a hairpin of a pillow and establish an arm.
8. Tighten with the required effort of a nut of fastening of an arm.
9. Lower the jack which is propping up the engine and take it from under the car. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

4. Turn off two nuts of bolts of fastening of an arm of the right support of the power unit to the engine. Also give the only nut of fastening of an arm to a support pillow. Remove an arm.
5. Remove a rubber buffer plate from a support hairpin, then turn out assembly of a pillow from a body element and remove from the car. In case of need the arm of a support can be отболчен from a forward part of a head of cylinders and also is removed.
6. Attentively check all components for existence of signs of wear and mechanical damages, replace defective parts.
7. At assembly screw assembly of a pillow on the regular place in a body element of the car and strongly tighten it. If removed, establish an arm on a forward wall of a head, having tightened fixing bolts with the required effort.
8. Put on a rubber buffer plate a hairpin of a pillow and establish an arm.
9. Tighten nuts of fastening of an arm of a support with the required effort, lower a jack and take it from under the car.
10. Enclose a rubber damper in the top part of an arm of a support, then establish a curved fixing plate. Tighten bolts of fastening of a plate with the required effort. Connect a negative wire to the battery.

1. Remove the battery and the pallet of its fastening in a motive compartment (see Systems of start and a charge).
2. Get a jack under transmission, for distribution of loading having laid wooden whetstone on its head. Cock a jack, having accepted on it the weight of transmission assembly.
3. Turn off the central nut of fastening a pillow of the left support of the unit, throw off a washer. Give nuts of fastening of a support and take the last from a motive compartment.
4. In case of need remove the remote plug from a fixing hairpin, then turn out a hairpin from the top plane of a case of transmission and remove it together with a washer (if the hairpin is tightened too hardly, use a universal extractor).
5. Attentively check all components for existence of signs of wear and mechanical damages, replace defective parts.
6. Clean a carving of a fixing hairpin and grease it with the fixing sealant. Screw a hairpin in the top part of a case of transmission (do not forget about a washer) and tighten it with the required effort.
7. At the corresponding complete set put on the remote plug a hairpin, then establish a pillow. Tighten bolts of fastening of a support to a body element and the central nut of fastening of a pillow with the required effort. Lower a jack and take it from under the car.
8. Install into place the battery pallet, having strongly tightened its fixture. Install the battery (see the Head Elektrooborudovaniye of the engine).

1. Prop up antiretractable boots back wheels, then a front of the car and establish to a poddomkratta it on props.

2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a rack of a back support of the power unit to a back part of the block of cylinders.

3. Turn out a bolt of fastening of a rack to an arm on a body element. Remove a rack.
4. For removal of assembly of a support it is necessary to dismantle previously the right power shaft (see the Head Power shafts).
5. Having removed a power shaft, give fixing bolts and remove a support from a back part of the block of cylinders.
6. Attentively check all components for existence of signs of wear and mechanical damages, replace defective parts.
7. Establish assembly of a support on the regular place on a back wall of the block of cylinders, tighten fixing bolts with the required effort. Establish a power shaft (see the Head Power shafts).
8. Establish a rack of a support and tighten its fixture with the required effort.
9. Lower the car on the earth.
