Removal and capital repairs of the engine

This part of the Head Remont of the engine is devoted to the description of procedures of removal/installation of the power unit, and also the general capital repairs of a head of cylinders, the block and internal components of the engine.

The text of the Head contains information in range from councils for preparation for carrying out capital repairs of the engine and acquisition of necessary spare parts to the detailed step-by-step description of procedures of removal, check of a state and installation of various internal components.

Starting with the section Order of Dismantling of the Engine by preparation it to carrying out capital repairs, all instructions are made on the basis of the assumption that the engine is removed from the car and is installed on the assembly stand or a strong workbench.
