Removal, check of a state and installation of the oil pump

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Remove the case pallet (see Removal and installation of the pallet of a case of the engine).
2. Give two screws and uncover an asterisk with forward the party of the pump.

3. Turn out three bolts of fastening of the pump to the engine cylinders/case block basis. Release an asterisk from a driving chain and remove the pump. At the corresponding complete set remove the remote plate which is also established behind the pump.

Check of a state

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Attentively examine a pump asterisk on existence of signs of wear and mechanical damages. Special attention should be paid on chips in the bases of teeths - in case of detection of this sort of defects all assembly of the pump is subject to replacement (in an individual order of an asterisk are not delivered). At the same time it is necessary to replace as well a driving chain with the leading asterisk. For replacement of components of the drive of the oil pump remove a cogwheel of a bent shaft (see Removal, check of a state and installation of a natyazhitel and cogwheels of a gas-distributing belt). Otboltite from the block of cylinders the holder of an epiploon. Now the asterisk assembled with a chain and the remote plug has to be removed from a shaft pin (for more details see Removal and capital repairs of the engine).

2. Turn out three bolts of fastening of a cover of the mesh filter to a pump housing. Uncover (at the corresponding complete set remove also maslootrazhatelny plate).

3. Take a spring and the piston of the reducing valve from the nest in a pump housing. Try to remember the adjusting provision of components.



4. Check a state a gear wheel and a pump housing. In case of identification of signs of excessive wear, zadir or other mechanical damages replace the pump assembled.
5. Check the piston of the reducing valve for existence of signs wear and mechanical damages, in case of need make replacement. The condition of a spring of the reducing valve can be estimated only by its comparison with new. At the slightest doubts the spring will be correct to be replaced. Both the piston, and a spring are delivered in an individual order.
6. Carefully wash out the mesh filter of the oil pump solvent and check for existence of mechanical damages and signs of violation of passability. The defective filter is subject to replacement assembled with a cover.
7. Lower a spring and the piston of the reducing valve in the landing nest in a cover of the mesh filter, then press the last to a pump housing, trying to obtain combination of nests of the valve. At the corresponding complete set establish into place a maslootrazhatelny plate, screw bolts of fastening of a cover and strongly tighten them.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. At the corresponding complete set establish into place a remote plate, then fill a pump asterisk in a driving chain. Put assembly of the pump on the regular place in the engine cylinders/case block basis. Screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort.
2. Where it is required, establish into place a pump asterisk cover, having strongly fixed it by bolts.
3. Install into place the case pallet (see Removal and installation of the pallet of a case of the engine).
4. Before primary start of the engine it is necessary to fill assembly of the pump with oil for what disconnect ECU systems of injection of fuel and turn the engine a starter until on an instrument guard the control lamp of pressure of oil does not go out. Do not forget to connect an electrical wiring to ECU again.
