1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Prop up back wheels antiretractable boots, then the car and install to a poddomkratta it on props.
3. Merge motive oil (address the Head Routine maintenance), then wipe a drain stopper, return it on the regular place and strongly tighten. If you make oil replacement, replace also oil filter.
4. At the corresponding complete set disconnect an electrical wiring from the case of the sensor of temperature of motive oil screwed in the pallet.
5. Shift the accumulator of the regulator of pressure aside and take off a driving belt (address the Head Routine maintenance).
6. On the models which are not equipped To/in you otboltit the hydraulic pump of high pressure with a maslozaborny tube. A wire tie up assembly of the pump aside, without disconnecting from it hydraulic lines. Also remove the generator (see Systems of start and a charge) and you otboltit an arm of its fastening from a case pallet wall.
7. On models with To/in with the compressor installed on a pallet wall an otboltita the last also shift it aside. Tie up assembly of the compressor to body elements, trying not to allow tension of refrigerator lines.

Do not disconnect the line of a refrigerator path at all (see preventions in the Head of the Cooling system, heating)!

8. On models with In an otboltita a plate of the lower cover of transmission.
9. In stages weaken and remove all bolts of fastening of the pallet of a crater of the engine. As bolts of the pallet have various length, take them serially and at once pass in the corresponding openings of the template which is in advance made of a cardboard.
10. Tap the pallet on perimeter a palm for the purpose of destruction of a layer of sealant. Separate the pallet from a case of the engine and take it from under the car. At the corresponding complete set remove sealing laying. Laying is not subject to reuse and has to be replaced without fail. Having taken an opportunity, check a state and passability of the mesh filter of a maslozabornik of the oil pump. In case of need remove the pump (see Removal, check of a state and installation of the oil pump) and clean, or replace the filter.
11. On some models between a flange of the pallet and the basis of a case the big remote plate is established. In this case it is necessary to turn out two fixing screws located on the diagonal of a plate and to remove the last from the block. Try to remember the adjusting provision of a plate.

1. Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of the pallet of a case and the block of cylinders, then wipe with pure rags internal walls of cavities of the pallet and engine.

2. If between the pallet and the basis of a case the remote plate is provided, carefully smooth out its surface interfaced to the engine and apply on it a thin film of suitable sealant (see further).

3. Press a plate to the block to cylinders/case of the engine and strongly tighten fixing screws.

4. On models where the pallet of a case is installed without laying, track that the interfaced surfaces were absolutely pure and dry. Apply a thin film of sealant on a pallet flange surface.
5. If laying is provided, track that from the interfaced surfaces traces of material of old laying were completely removed, then carefully wipe surfaces with the rags moistened in acetone. Lay new laying to a pallet flange surface, for temporary fixing having put her on couple of dabs of dense lubricant.
6. Press the pallet to the engine cylinders/case block basis. Screw fixing bolts (everyone on the former place) and in stages evenly tighten them with the required effort.
7. On the K/V models establish into place a plate of the lower cover of transmission and strongly tighten bolts of its fastening. Fix the compressor on a pallet wall, having tightened bolts with the required effort.
8. On models without To/in establish into place an assembly bracket of the generator, generator and assembly of the hydraulic pump of high pressure with a tube.
9. Establish a driving belt of auxiliary units (address the Head Routine maintenance) and pressure regulator accumulator.
10. At the corresponding complete set connect an electrical wiring to the sensor of temperature of motive oil.
11. Lower the car on the earth and fill in in it motive oil (address the Head Routine maintenance).
12. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
