1. Remove the transmission (see. Manual box of gear shifting), afterwards remove coupling assembly (see the Head Stsepleniye).

2. Block a gear wreath of a flywheel by means of special adaptation, it is alternative to a priboltita a metal strip to a flywheel and the block of cylinders.

Do not try to record a shaft by threading of a blocking core in drilling in its pulley at all (see Fixing cranked/distributive in bulk for the purpose of prevention of service of the car, casual in the course of performing procedures)!

3. Turn out bolts of fastening of a flywheel and remove the last from a pin of a bent shaft (the flywheel weighs quite a lot, - try not to drop it). If the directing pin is freely put in the nest in an end face of a bent shaft, take it and remove to the reliable place. At assembly bolts of fastening of a flywheel are subject to replacement without fail.

1. Remove transmission (see. Automatic transmission) Block a driving disk in the same way that is offered for fixing of a flywheel (see here subsection "Flywheel (Models with RKPP)", item 2). Mark the provision of a driving disk in relation to the rotation converter, then weaken all fixing bolts.
2. Turn out bolts and remove them together with a plate of the converter of rotation and two adjusting washers (on one from each of the parties of a plate of the converter). Pay attention that washers differ on thickness, and thicker is established outside of a converter plate, and thinner - from within. Bolts of fastening of a driving disk are subject to replacement without fail.
3. Remove a driving disk from a pin of a bent shaft. If the directing pin is freely put in the nest in an end face of a bent shaft, take it and remove to the reliable place.

1. On models with RKPP attentively examine the working surface of a flywheel contacting to a clutch plate on existence of scratches and zadir. Make sure of lack of chips in the basis of teeths of a gear wreath. The working surface of a flywheel can be restored by a pro-point, however replacement is more preferable. Do not hesitate to address for consultations experts company service centers of the Citroyon company. The gear wreath is not subject to shift and in case of its wear or damage the flywheel also should be replaced.
2. On models with AT check a driving disk of the converter of rotation for existence of signs of deformation, the filar cracks around bolted openings or going radially from the center of a disk. Estimate degree of wear of a gear wreath and check teeths for existence of chips. In case of detection of this sort of defects the driving disk is subject to replacement.

1. Carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of a flywheel and a pin of a bent shaft. Remove traces of old sealant from carving openings in a shaft pin end face (use a tap of the suitable size).

In the absence of near at hand suitable tap, saw through lengthways a fixing bolt and use it for a carving clearing.

2. If a carving part of new bolts of fastening of a flywheel is not covered by the fixing structure, grease it with sealant, suitable for this purpose.

3. Make sure available on the place of a pin of a shaft of the directing pin. Put a flywheel on a pin and screw new fixing bolts.

4. Block a flywheel from a provorachivaniye (see here subsection "Flywheel (Models with RKPP)", item 2) and tighten bolts of its fastening with the required effort.

5. Establish into place coupling assembly (see the Head Stsepleniye). Remove adaptation blocking a flywheel and install into place the transmission (see. Manual box of gear shifting).

1. Perform the procedures stated here in the subsection "Flywheel (Models with RKPP)" in subitem 1 — 2 (with the amendment that you deal not with a flywheel, and with a driving disk).
2. Put a disk on the directing pin on a shaft pin.
3. Press a rotation converter plate (thick washers outside). Achieve combination of the landing tags put in the course of dismantle.
4. Screw fixing bolts, block a shaft from a provorachivaniye (see above "Check of a state", item 1) and tighten fixture with the required effort.
5. Remove adaptation blocking a disk and establish into place transmission (see. Automatic transmission).
