Removal and installation of hydraulic blocks of a back suspension bracket

The otvorachivaniye from the hydraulic block of a spherical receiver requires a tape key. At installation of a receiver new sealing laying will be required. Worn-out sealing elements of nipple sockets of hydraulic tubes are also subject to replacement.

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in hydraulic system (see the Head Uniform hydraulic system).
2. The car also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove the corresponding back wheel.
3. Start under spuskny pressure regulator gate suitable drain capacity. By push-up up of the longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket extort the greatest possible amount of liquid from the hydraulic block.
4. By means of a tape key weaken landing of a spherical receiver, then turn out it from assembly of the hydraulic block.
5. Disconnect a liquid supply tube from the hydraulic block. At once to a zakuporta the open ends of a tube and the nipple socket in order to avoid hit in system of dirt.
6. Remove a spring clamp from a connecting bar of a suspension bracket (see an illustration Components of the hydraulic block of a back suspension bracket).
7. Remove a spring clamp of fastening of the hydraulic block.
8. Remove the hydraulic block from assembly of the back bridge and disconnect from it returnable hydraulic and ventilating tubes.

Installation

PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Connect returnable and ventilating tubes to the hydraulic block and start assembly on the regular place. Track that tubes were not jammed.
2. Fix the hydraulic block by a spring clamp.
3. Establish into place a clamp of a connecting bar of a suspension bracket.
4. Connect a liquid supply tube to the hydraulic block. At the corresponding complete set replace a sealing element of the nipple socket.
5. Grease a contact surface of a spherical receiver and install it on the hydraulic block (do not forget to replace sealing laying).
6. Establish into place a wheel, then lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts with the required effort.
7. Tighten spuskny the gate of the hydraulic regulator of pressure and transfer a control lever a suspension bracket to situation "Maximum".
8. Start the engine and examine all disconnected and being removed components on existence of signs of leaks.
9. Check the level of hydraulic liquid, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (address the Head Routine maintenance).
