See the preventions provided in the section the Brake system. At assembly new sealing washers of the nipple socket of a hydraulic tube will be required. |

Removal
|

|
1. On models with left-side steering remove the tank of hydraulic liquid (see the Head Uniform hydraulic system) and an arm of its fastening.
2. On some models for the purpose of ensuring access to the valve it is necessary to remove some disturbing components, including a cover of a head of cylinders.
3. Try to remember an order of connection and a route of laying of the hydraulic lines brought to valvate assembly. |

4. Release nipple sockets and disconnect hydraulic tubes from valvate assembly. Prepare for collecting the spilled liquid. At once to a zakuporta the open ends of tubes and unions for the purpose of minimization of losses of liquid and in order to avoid hit in system of dirt. |

5. Turn out bolts of fastening of the valve.
6. Release the fixing coupling of valvate assembly.
7. Release fixing collars and disconnect two hydraulic hoses from the valve.

|
At assembly hose collars are subject to replacement without fail. |
8. Take assembly of the valve of management from a motive compartment. |
|
Capital repairs Performance of recovery repair of the failed valve of management is possible only with application of a company remnabor of the Citroyon company. Track correctness of installation of each of components. And a sealant before installation grease new laying with pure hydraulic liquid. For the rest follow instructions of manufacturers. |
1. Connect hydraulic hoses to valvate assembly and fix them on the unions by new collars.
2. Connect hydraulic tubes to the valve (do not forget to replace sealing washers of nipple sockets). Do not tighten sockets at this stage. Track correctness of connection of hydraulic lines.
3. Start valvate assembly on the regular place in a motive compartment of the car and tighten the coupling of its fastening.
4. Screw two fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort.
5. Make sure of correctness of laying of hydraulic lines and strongly tighten nipple sockets.
6. Install the components which were removed for the purpose of ensuring access.
7. On models with left-side steering install into place the tank of hydraulic liquid with a fixing arm (see the Head Uniform hydraulic system).
8. Pump over hydraulic system (see Pumping of hydraulic system). |
