Removal, capital repairs and installation of supports of disk brake mechanisms of forward wheels

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Remove brake shoes (see Replacement of blocks of disk brake mechanisms of forward wheels).
3. Get drain capacity under the connection union to a support of a hydraulic hose. Release the nipple socket and disconnect a hose from a support. At once to a zakuporta the open ends of a hose and the union for the purpose of minimization of losses of hydraulic liquid and in order to avoid hit in system of dirt.

4. Turn out two fixing bolts and remove a support from stupichny assembly.

Capital repairs

Performance of recovery repair of the failed support is possible only with application of a company remnabor of the Citroyon company. Track that the remnabor corresponded to type of the support removed from the car. Pay attention to correctness of installation of each of components. And a sealant before installation grease new laying with hydraulic liquid. For the rest follow instructions of manufacturers.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Establish a support on the regular place, with the required effort having tightened fixing bolts.
2. Connect a hydraulic hose and strongly tighten the nipple socket.
3. Establish brake shoes (see Replacement of blocks of disk brake mechanisms of forward wheels).
4. Connect a negative wire to the battery.
5. Pump over the brake system (see Pumping of hydraulic system).
6. Establish to the place of a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten wheel bolts with the required effort.
