Hydraulic modulator

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Remove the tank of hydraulic liquid (see the Head Uniform hydraulic system).
3. Release clamps of fastening of a cover of the hydraulic modulator.

4. Release a clamp and disconnect an electrical wiring from ECU ABS.

5. Release nipple sockets and disconnect three hydraulic tubes from the modulator. Prepare for collecting the spilled fuel. At once to a zakuporta the open ends of tubes and unions for the purpose of minimization of losses of hydraulic liquid and in order to avoid hit in system of dirt.
6. Release a collar and disconnect a hydraulic hose from the modulator.

7. Give three fixing nuts and remove the modulator together with an electronic control unit (ECU).

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
   a) Use a new collar for fastening of a hydraulic hose;
   b) Do not forget to replace sealing washers of nipple sockets at connection of hydraulic tubes;
   c) You make installation of the tank of hydraulic liquid according to the instructions provided in the Head Uniform hydraulic system;
   d) In conclusion do not forget to pump over hydraulic system (see Pumping of hydraulic system).

Sensors of frequency of rotation of forward wheels

At installation of a hairpin of fastening of wheel sensors it is necessary to grease with special sealant for fixing of threaded connections.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Prop up antiretractable boots back wheels, then a front of the car and establish to a poddomkratta it on props. Remove the corresponding forward wheel.

3. Screw two fixing bolts and remove the thermofilter from stupichny assembly. Shift arms of fastening of a driving cable of the parking brake and an electrical wiring of the sensor aside.



4. Release an electrical wiring from basic arms.
5. Walk on wires from the sensor to the contact socket and disunite the last. Try to remember a route of laying of an electrical wiring.

6. Turn out a fixing hairpin and remove the wheel sensor.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
   a) Track that the interfaced surfaces of the sensor and stupichny assembly were absolutely pure;

   b) Before a vvorachivaniye grease a carving of a fixing hairpin of the sensor with special sealant;

   c) Track correctness of laying of an electrical wiring.

Sensors of frequency of rotation of back wheels

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery.
2. Cock the parking brake and prop up antiretractable boots forward wheels. A car back also establish to Poddomkratta it on props. Remove the corresponding back wheel.

3. Otboltite guard of the longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket.

4. Walk on an electrical wiring from the sensor to the contact socket and disunite the last.
5. Tie up a piece of a string by the end of a plait of an electrical wiring of the sensor.
6. Pass an electrical wiring through space between components of a suspension bracket and untie from it a string which at assembly will be used for dragging of wires still to a route.

7. Turn out a fixing bolt and remove the sensor about the filter.



Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
   a) Track correctness of installation of the filter of the sensor;
   b) Before installation make sure of absoluteness of purity of the interfaced surfaces of the sensor and longitudinal lever of a suspension bracket;
   c) For threading of an electrical wiring between suspension bracket components still to a route use the string left at removal.

ABS electronic control unit

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. Remove the battery (see the Head Elektrooborudovaniye of the engine).
2. In a motive compartment uncover the assembly block of safety locks/relay.
3. Turn out a bolt and two nuts of fastening of the assembly block.
4. Release clamps and release an electrical wiring plait from the assembly block. Shift the assembly block for the purpose of ensuring access to ECU fastening bolts aside.

5. Release a fixing clamp and disunite the contact socket of an electrical wiring from above on the control unit.

6. Turn out two bolts of fastening of ECU.

7. Under the control unit wring out a clamp of the electric socket, then pull ECU assembly forward, removing it from a socket block.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Try not to injure legs of the contact socket at the ECU installation on the block of the hydraulic modulator.
