Removal and installation of the air cleaner and the accompanying components

Removal

The air cleaner (models without turbo-supercharging)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release collars of fastening of the air cleaner to an air sleeve of the inlet pipeline. Where it is required, turn out a bolt of fastening of a sleeve. Disconnect a sleeve and remove it from the engine. On D9B engines remove about sealing laying from an air distributor casing.
2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of an inlet air duct to a cross beam, then release a sleeve from clamps on a wall of the air cleaner and remove it from the car.
3. Give fixing bolts and remove assembly of the air cleaner with a basic arm from the car.

The air cleaner (models with a turbo-supercharging)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Release collars of fastening of the air cleaner to an air sleeve of the inlet pipeline. give a bolt of fastening of a sleeve. Take assembly of an air sleeve from a motive compartment. Remove sealing laying, the sleeves established on both sides.
2. Turn out a bolt of fastening of an inlet air duct to a cross beam, then release a sleeve from clamps on a wall of the air cleaner and remove it from the car.
3. Turn out fixing bolts and take the air cleaner from a motive compartment.

Air distributor casing (models without turbo-supercharging with the D9B engine)

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Disconnect an air hose and a hose of ventilation of a case from a forward part of a casing of the air distributor.

2. Turn out two bolts of fastening of a casing to forward assembly brackets. Remove remote washers.

3. Turn out four bolts of fastening of a casing of the air distributor to the inlet pipeline. Remove washers.

4. Remove an air distributor casing from the inlet pipeline. remove sealing laying (and).

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Do not forget to check a state and, in case of need, to make replacement of sealing laying.
