Filling of a power supply system with fuel and removal from it air traffic jams

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. After a rassoyedineniye of fuel lines / replacements of components of a power supply system, the fuel path has to be filled with fuel then from it air is removed. Need for manual filling of system and its "pumping" after full fuel use is absent, - just fill in fuel in the fuel tank, then start the engine (it can occupy slightly more than usually time): having squeezed out against the stop the accelerator pedal, include a starter and turn it the engine until there is its start. As soon as the engine starts working, approximately for a minute lift its turns slightly above air traffic jams, single for the purpose of removal, from a path of a power supply system.

2. All models are equipped with the manual pump of preliminary filling of a path of a power supply system. The pump represents the rubber pear located in the right part of a motive compartment.

3. For filling of system weaken the pumping gate which is built in in a bolt of nipple connection of the TNVD inlet line.
4. Begin to squeeze a pear of manual filling of a path until fuel, free from air bubbles, does not begin to exude via the pumping gate. On it the procedure of filling of system can be considered finished (do not forget to tighten the pumping gate).
5. Include ignition (for the purpose of activation of the locking valve). Continue to swing a plunger of filling of a path until there is a feeling of firm resistance, then rock several times.
6. If a large amount of air got to the pump, wrap up the returnable union rags and weaken connection. Work as a filling plunger (at the included ignition), or distil air 10-sekndny inclusions of a starter. As soon as the fuel which is coming out via the union is exempted from air bubbles, delay nipple connection and collect the spilled fuel.

Be ready to kill at any time instantly the engine in case of ignition!

7. If air got to tubes of nozzles, wrap up rags their nipple connections, weaken them and turn the engine a starter until tubes do not begin to come out pure fuel. Tighten unions, collect the spilled fuel.

8. Start the engine at completely squeezed out accelerator pedal (it can occupy slightly more than usually time: have to quit the last remains of air the system).
