2. Accurately delay stupichny assembly outside and, release the intermediate bearing from the basic arm.
3. After the internal end of a shaft is released from transmission, remove from it a dustproof cover (try to remember the adjusting provision of a cover on assembly of a shaft). Prop up the internal end of a shaft it in order to avoid damage of the external CV JOINT.

4. Having accurately hooked the screw-driver with a flat sting, take an epiploon of a power shaft from the landing nest in RKPP case.

5. Carefully wipe a transmission case surface around a nest under landing of an epiploon, grease with dense lubricant external sponges of a new epiploon. Fill an epiploon in a nest and by means of a suitable mandrel put him perpendicularly on the regular place against the stop in a nest coat hanger (as a mandrel the face head of the corresponding size or a piece of a pipe of the corresponding diameter will approach - the mandrel has to rest only against the firm outer edge of an epiploon).

6. If the epiploon is equipped with a plastic protector, do not remove it until the power shaft is established into place.

7. Carefully wipe vents on a pin of a power shaft, and grease them with a thin layer of lubricant. Grease with the same lubricant epiploon sponges in RKPP case nest.
8. Put on the place on a shaft a rubber dustproof casing (the flat party to transmission).
9. Accurately fill shaft vents in a side gear wheel of differential (try not to damage an epiploon), then level the intermediate bearing concerning the basic arm and bring a shaft to regular situation. In case of need use the hammer with soft brisk for landing of an external holder of the bearing in an arm.
10. Make sure of correctness of landing of the intermediate bearing and fix it, having developed under 90 ° fixing bolts with asymmetric heads. Tighten fixing nuts with the required effort. At the corresponding complete set remove a plastic protector and press a dustproof cover to a transmission case, having densely covered an epiploon.
11. Fill a shaft of a finger of the lower spherical support in stupichny assembly. Track correctness of landing in a nave of a protective cover of the hinge. Establish a coupling bolt, screw a nut and tighten it with the required effort (address the Head the Running gear and steering).
12. Establish into place a wheel, lower the car on the earth and tighten bolts of fastening of a wheel with the required effort.
13. Fill in necessary amount of gearbox oil of the required grade in the transmission (address the Head Routine maintenance).

1. Delay stupichny assembly outside and take the internal CV JOINT of a power shaft from transmission. Prop up a shaft in order to avoid damage of the external CV JOINT or protective covers of hinges.
2. Replace an epiploon, working in the order stipulated in the subsection "Right Power Shaft", subitem 4 — 6.
3. Accurately fill vents of the internal CV JOINT in a side gear wheel of differential. Try not to damage a new epiploon. Where it is required, remove a plastic protector from an epiploon.
4. Perform the procedures described in the subsection "Right Power Shaft", subitem 11 — 13.

1. Remove the transmission (see Removal and installation of the transmission).
2. Turn out three fixing bolts and remove the directing coupling from a pin of main shaft RKPP (the coupling is removed together with a sealing ring / laying). Remove adjusting or persistent washers, usually podlipayushchy to the back party of the coupling and put on them back a shaft pin.

3. Having accurately hooked the screw-driver, take an old epiploon from assembly of the directing coupling.

4. Before installation check the surface of a pin of a main shaft and a wall of a nest contacting to it in the directing coupling for existence of roughnesses and zadir, capable to lead to an exit of a new epiploon out of operation. Insignificant defects can be removed by grinding with a fine-grained emery paper. In more serious cases it is required to replace a main shaft. Wipe a pin of a shaft and grease it for the purpose of simplification of landing of an epiploon.
5. Dip a new epiploon in pure motive oil and put him in the nest in the directing coupling.

6. Accurately put on the coupling with the epiploon established in it a pin of a main shaft, screw fixing bolts and tighten them with the required effort.

7. Taking an opportunity, check a condition of components of coupling (see the Head Stsepleniye), then establish transmission on the place (see Removal and installation of the transmission).

1. Park the car on the flat horizontal platform, whenever possible with a hard coating. Prop up antiretractable boots back wheels, then a front of the car and establish to a poddomkratta it on props. Remove the left forward wheel and dismantle an access cover from a loker.
2. Having hooked the screw-driver, release a sharovy tip of driving draft from the hinge of a rod of the choice of transfers to transmissions. Disconnect draft.

3. Accurately take a rod epiploon from the nest in RKPP case.

4. Remove it from a shaft pin.

5. Before installation of a new epiploon check a condition of the surfaces of a rod and walls of a nest contacting to it in a case. Remove insignificant defects by means of a fine-grained emery paper. In case of identification of deep zadir it is necessary to make replacement of a rod.
6. Slightly grease the outer edge and sponges of a new epiploon with dense lubricant, then accurately put on an epiploon a pin of a rod and by means of a suitable mandrel put him in a nest in a transmission case.
7. Connect driving thirst to a rod, having tracked reliability of joining of the spherical hinge. Lower the car on the earth.
