Removal, check of a state and installation of a radiator
Removal

|
1. Disconnect a negative wire from the battery. |
|
2. On models with the coal adsorber established in a motive compartment perform the following procedures:
a) Otboltite clamping level of fastening of the battery;
b) Give two top bolts and the lower nut of fastening of an assembly bracket of a coal adsorber to the body panel;
c) Disconnect from an adsorber and its electromagnetic valve hoses and an electrical wiring;
d) Accurately shift assembly of an adsorber aside, having released space for removal of a radiator. |

3. Release collars and disconnect the top and lower hoses from a radiator.
4. At the corresponding complete set disconnect an electrical wiring from the thermosensitive sensor switch of the fan of the cooling system installed assembly on a radiator. |

5. Wring out two clamps located on the top corners of a radiator, then incline a radiator for the purpose of ensuring access to two hoses connected to the right bottom corner of assembly back. |

6. Release collars and disconnect the remained hoses.
7. Take a radiator from a motive compartment. |

Check of a state
|
|
|
1. If suspicion of violation of passability of a radiator became the reason of removal, it is necessary to make its obratnopotochny washing (address the Head Routine maintenance). By means of a soft brush (do not cut fingers about edges of plates) or compressed air (do not forget to put on goggles) clean gaps between radiator heat exchanger plates.

Remember that fragile plates of the heat exchanger of a radiator at careless handling can be easily damaged! |
2. In case of need at car repair shop it is possible to make "line" check of a radiator on existence of blocking of internal channels.
3. Repair of the radiator which lost tightness should be carried out only in the conditions of a specialized workshop.
4. In an extreme situation of leak of cooling liquid from a radiator it is possible to suspend by means of special sealant without extraction of a radiator from the car (see instructions for use of sealant).
5. Before sending a radiator to repair, disconnect from it all hoses and remove the thermosensitive sensor switch of the fan.
6. Check a condition of rubber pillows of support of a radiator. In case of need make replacement.

Installation Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
a) Track correctness of installation of rubber pillows of the lower support of a radiator;
b) Track correctness of gearing of uvulas of big hoses in grooves of reception branch pipes of a radiator;
c) In conclusion do not forget to make gas station of the cooling system (address the Head Routine maintenance).
