General information


Receiver cross-section

Receivers allow to support operational characteristics of system at the set level and these are able to provide bystry giving at a big expense of power, avoiding regular opening / closing of the valve of adjustment of pressure. Receivers are made of a tin and have the sphere form (see the illustration Receiver Cross-section). Inside the receiver is divided by a rubber membrane into two cameras, one of which is filled with the gas which is under pressure, another is connected to the regulator of pressure and hydraulic liquid contains. The membrane is equipped with a plastic cuff. When the liquid camera of a receiver is empty, gas influences a membrane at walls of the camera and the cuff is involved. The working volume of a receiver makes 400 cm 3, calibration pressure equals 62 bars (see Specifications).

Removal

The suitable tape key and new sealant will be required.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in hydraulic system (see. General information and precautionary measures).

2. By means of a tape key weaken fastening of a receiver to hydraulic assembly of the corresponding rack. Receivers have the self-pressurized design, however, it is necessary to prepare for collecting a certain amount of the spilled liquid. At once to a zakuporta the opened openings of a hydraulic path.

Installation

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Grease a contact surface of a receiver and establish it on the regular place (do not forget to replace a sealant). By hand tighten a receiver.
2. Check the level of hydraulic liquid in the tank, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (address the Head Routine maintenance).
