Dropping/forcing of hydraulic pressure and filling of system

Dropping pressure

Models of early years of release without hydroactive suspension bracket

This procedure belongs only to the models of early years of release which are not equipped with the locking valve preventing lowering of the car in the lower situation at switching off of the engine.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dropping pressure in the main accumulator and a hydraulic contour of forward brakes is carried out by means of the special gate on pressure regulator. The gate is installed on assembly of the main accumulator in a forward part of a motive compartment.

2. Release the gate on one whole revolution, - the hissing demonstrating return to the tank being under pressure of hydraulic liquid has to be heard.

Do not turn out the gate completely: it is equipped from below with a ball which is easy for losing!

3. Dropping pressure in a back brake contour and a hydraulic contour of a back suspension bracket is carried out by means of a control lever by suspension bracket height (pressure in the main accumulator has to be already dumped).
4. Transfer a control lever suspension bracket height to situation "Minimum" and wait for full lowering of a body of the car.

Models of late years of release with a hydroactive suspension bracket

Implementation of the procedure described below is made at the working engine. In principle hydraulic pressure can be dumped also at the killed engine, however, the special equipment which can be got only in company service center of the Citroyon company for this purpose will be required.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Make sure that spuskny the gate of the regulator of pressure is completely closed (see item 1).
2. At the working engine transfer a control lever the provision of a suspension bracket to situation "Minimum".
3. Without suppressing the engine, wait for final lowering of a body.

Do not touch a steering wheel!

4. When the car falls to the lower situation, kill the engine and turn out spuskny the regulator gate (see the subsection "Models of Early Years of Release without Hydroactive Suspension Bracket", item 2).

Forcing of pressure

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Strongly tighten spuskny the gate, then transfer a control lever the provision of a suspension bracket to situation "Maximum".
2. Start the engine and wait until the body rises in the top situation. Check serviceability of functioning of the proofreader, having carried out a control lever through all systems of situation provided by a design.

Filling

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. In usual conditions filling of system is made automatically at start of the engine, however, in certain cases it is necessary to make filling of the pump of high pressure manually (see further).
2. Make sure that spuskny the gate of the regulator of pressure is weakened (see the subsection "Models of Early Years of Release without Hydroactive Suspension Bracket", item 1).

3. Disconnect a hose of high pressure from the top part of the tank of hydraulic liquid.

4. Fill in hydraulic LHM liquid directly in a hose.
5. Start the engine.
6. Connect a hose as soon as liquid level falls in it.
7. After filling of the pump several times release and again tighten spuskny pressure regulator gate for the purpose of removal from a path of system of air traffic jams.
8. Transfer a control lever the provision of a suspension bracket to situation "Maximum", then modify liquid level in the tank.


See the preventions provided in the section the General information and precautionary measures. At assembly will be required new a sealant.


 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in hydraulic system (see. General information and precautionary measures).
2. Before an otpuskaniye carefully wipe nipple knot and surfaces adjoining to it.
3. If the whole section of the hydraulic line is subject to removal, release a tube from intermediate clamps and arms. Try not to twist and not too strongly to bend a tube if it unambiguously is not replaced.
4. Right after a tube detachment to a zakuporta open unions for the purpose of minimization of risk of hit in system of dirt.
5. For a guarantee of tightness of nipple connection at installation of the line on the car it is necessary to follow certain rules (see further).
6. Carefully wipe reception port of nipple knot, a hydraulic tube, a cap nipple nut and a rubber sealant. Slightly grease components of nipple knot with hydraulic LHM liquid.
7. Put on a rubber sealant a tube so that the end of the last slightly leaned out outside.

8. Connect a tube, having entered her speaker the end in reception port of nipple knot. Track completeness of landing of a rubber sealant. Make sure that the end of a tube settles down on the center of reception port.

9. Holding a tube not movably, screw a cap nipple nut. Do not tighten a nut with excessive effort.
10. In conclusion, check reliability of fixing of a tube in intermediate clamps and arms. The tube should not rub about adjacent surfaces at all!
11. Lift pressure in system, in case of need make filling of the pump (see. General information and precautionary measures).
12. Check the level of hydraulic liquid, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (address the Head Routine maintenance).
