The pump of high pressure - general information, removal and installation

See the preventions provided in the section the General information and precautionary measures. At assembly new hose collars will be required new a sealant of hydraulic tubes, and also.

General information

The pump is put in action by means of a maple belt. The pump has a piston design. On an illustration the cross pump of the pump is presented.

Six pistons are set in motion from the special shaking disk put on the needle bearing. Hydraulic liquid comes through four openings to each of cylinders, then via the spring backpressure valve under pressure comes to a hydraulic contour of system. Restriction of the pressure developed by the pump is made by means of the special regulator of pressure, placed in the general case with the main accumulator (receiver). Removal of air from the pump is made by an otpuskaniye of the spuskny gate of the regulator.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in system (see. General information and precautionary measures).
2. Prop up antiretractable boots back wheels, then a front of the car and establish to a poddomkratta it on props.
3. For the purpose of ensuring access to the pump remove a loker.
4. Take off a belt of the drive of auxiliary units (address the Head Routine maintenance).
5. Get under assembly of the pump capacity for reception of the spilled liquid. Disconnect hydraulic tubes from the pump. At once to a zakuporta the open ends of nipple connections in order to avoid hit in system of dirt.
6. Disconnect the hydraulic hose which is also brought to the pump.

At connection the hose should be fixed by a new collar.

7. Through one of windows in a driving pulley turn out the lower through bolt of fastening of the pump. Give also a nut of fastening of assembly on a basic arm.

8. In case of need disconnect a basic arm of fastening of a hydraulic tube from the pump.

9. Turn out the remained bolt of fastening of the pump from the back party of assembly.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
   a) Do not forget to replace a collar of fastening of a hydraulic hose;
   case of need replace rubber a sealant of nipple knots of connection of hydraulic tubes;
   c) You make installation of a driving belt of auxiliary units according to the instructions provided in the Head Routine maintenance;
   d) In conclusion do not forget to lift pressure in system and, in case of need, to fill the pump (see. General information and precautionary measures);
   e) Do not forget to check the level of hydraulic liquid. In case of need make the corresponding adjustment (address the Head Routine maintenance).
