General information


Tank of hydraulic liquid

1 — the Giving hose from the pump of high pressure
2 — the Returnable hose from pressure regulator
3 — the Returnable hose from the power steering cylinder
4 — the Hose of return of hydraulic liquid from proofreaders of a road gleam, cylinders of a suspension bracket and the safety valve

5 — the Hose of return of liquid from the proofreader of a road gleam
6 — the Hose of return of liquid from ABS/traction control system modulators
7 — the Hose of return of liquid from the power steering valve
8 — the Ventilating hose

The tank of hydraulic liquid represents the metal container equipped with an observation port of control of level of liquid. The container is divided by the plates calming liquid and preventing formation of vortex streams inside. The tank is located in the right forward corner of a motive compartment. Removal of air from the tank is made on a hose in the filter located under an assembly bracket.

For check of level of hydraulic liquid it is necessary to start the engine and to transfer a control lever the provision of a suspension bracket to situation "Maximum". The yellow tag on a control float in an observation port has to settle down between two red risks designating minimum and maximum admissible values of level of liquid.

Various hydraulic hoses (see the illustration Tank of Hydraulic Liquid) which main part is made by hoses of return of liquid to the tank from various actuation mechanisms of system are connected to the tank. The tank equipment directly depends on a car complete set.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in hydraulic system (see. General information and precautionary measures).
2. Make sure that the control lever is established by the provision of a suspension bracket in situation "Minimum", then slowly turn a steering wheel from an emphasis against the stop for dumping of residual pressure. At the same time the most part of hydraulic liquid has to flow in the tank.
3. Release hydraulic hoses from arms on a tank wall.

4. Disconnect an electrical wiring from the liquid level indicator.

5. Release a collar of fastening of the central section to the top part of the tank.
6. Remove the central section, then wrap up it in polyethylene and put aside. Ideally the central section has to be placed in suitable capacity in order to avoid hit of dirt in it.

Quite good way of protection of the central section is its room in the cut-off plastic bottle from under mineral water.

7. Give two fixing nuts and take assembly of the tank from a motive compartment.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Track correctness of laying and connection of hydraulic lines, and also correctness of placement of the basis of the tank in the guide.
