The regulator of hydraulic pressure - general information, removal and installation

See the preventions provided in the section the General information and precautionary measures. At assembly new hose collars will be required new a sealant of hydraulic tubes, and also.

General information

The regulator of pressure is located under the car and installed on assembly of the main accumulator and performs the following functions:
   a) Limits the pressure developed by the pump of high pressure due to return of excess of liquid back in the tank;
   b) Provides supply of hydraulic liquid when falling a pressure below a preset value.

Pressure of inclusion and shutdown of supply of liquid are regulated due to selection of special leveling washers (see Specifications). Adjustment has to be made in the conditions of a workshop of car service.

Removal

 PERFORMANCE ORDER

1. Dump pressure in hydraulic system (see. General information and precautionary measures).
2. Get drain capacity under the regulator block. From below under the block release a fixing collar and disconnect a hydraulic hose. Prepare for collecting the spilled liquid.
3. In the top part of the block release nipple connections and disconnect two hydraulic tubes. Again be ready to collecting the spilled liquid. At once to a zakuporta the open ends of tubes and unions in order to avoid hit in system of dirt.
4. Give a nut of a bolt of fastening of clamps of tubes on the top party of the regulator. Shift tubes aside.

5. Give a nut of a fixing bolt and separate a basic arm of the lower hose from an assembly bracket of the regulator.

6. Give a fixing nut and remove basic arms of tubes from a fixing hairpin of the regulator.

7. Give a nut and remove a basic arm of tubes from an assembly bracket of the regulator.

8. Turn out a bolt of fastening of an assembly bracket of the regulator to assembly of transmission.

9. Turn out a bolt and a hairpin of fastening of a forward basic arm of the regulator to transmission. Remove the regulator.

Installation

Installation is made upside-down. Pay attention to the next moments:
   a) Track correctness of installation of basic arms of hydraulic lines. Make sure that no tubes and hoses are tense;
   b) In case of need replace rubber a sealant of nipple connections of hydraulic tubes;
   c) Lift pressure in system (see. General information and precautionary measures);
   d) Check the level of hydraulic liquid, in case of need make the corresponding adjustment (address the Head Routine maintenance).
