1. In case of need for the purpose of ensuring access remove an air cleaner sleeve, or components of its casing (see the Head of the Power supply system and release). Also in case of need remove the rechargeable battery with the pallet and a basic arm (see Systems of start and a charge).
2. On models with left-side steering remove the tank of hydraulic liquid (see the Head Uniform hydraulic system) and lay it in suitable capacity.

3. In a motive compartment completely weaken a lock-nut, then an adjusting nut on the end of a driving cable turned to transmission, then release assembly of a cable from a transmission case.

4. Access to a coupling pedal in interior of the car is extremely limited therefore authors of the present manual recommend to remove the dashboard previously. In principle, will be to remove only the lower panel of a felt upholstery enough.

5. By means of the screw-driver release a plastic clamp under the top part of a pedal of coupling at once and disconnect a cable from a pedal.

6. Return to a motive compartment and release a cable guide from a partition of a motive compartment. Having pulled a cable forward, release it from the remained clamps and guides. Try to remember a route of laying of a cable, then take it from a motive compartment.

7. Attentively examine a cable on existence of traces of damage of a cover and wear of tips. Estimate a core condition. Make sure of serviceability of functioning of hummock assembly. The core has to slide freely in a cover. Remember that the cable which is regularly functioning out of the car can give refusals after installation it in regular situation. In case of detection of the slightest defects or signs of wear make replacement of hummock assembly.

1. Grease clamps of tips with universal lubricant, then pass a cable through a partition of a motive compartment.

2. Having enclosed the wooden whetstone suitable by the size or the tool under a pedal, record a coupling pedal in the released situation (at the end of the working course).

3. Fill a cable tip in a plastic clip and track reliability of its fixing.

For simplification of landing of a tip in a clamp ask the assistant to wring out the cable core for a tip from transmission.

4. In a motive compartment fill a cable in a case of the transmission and connect it to the coupling switching off lever. Screw adjusting and kontryashchy nuts.
5. Execute adjustment of a cable (see Adjustment of the drive of coupling) and make sure of serviceability of functioning of a pedal of coupling.
6. Establish into place a felt upholstery, or the dashboard, and on models with left-side steering also the tank of hydraulic liquid (see the Head Uniform hydraulic system).
7. Install the battery and components of an airintaking path.
