Technology of implementation of repair procedures

Respect for all listed below norms and requirements to holding procedures of the general and capital repairs of the car and its components will allow to perform all works at the high professional level.

The interfaced surfaces and laying

At a partition of the components joined among themselves do not hook them the screw-driver, mount or any other lever entered between the interfaced surfaces at all. Such practice is fraught with the serious damages of details leading to development of leak of working liquids in the near future as a result of violation of tightness of a joint. If between the interfaced surfaces of two components sealing laying is established, at assembly it should be replaced without fail. Before installation of new laying carefully smooth out the interfaced surfaces of components, having completely removed from them the remains of material of old laying, and sealant traces (if that is applied). For cleaning of surfaces use only the tools not capable to damage metal of which components are made. Minor defects can be removed by means of a file with small tooth.

Clean carving openings by means of the special device for a clearing of tubes. If the return is especially not stipulated in the description of the procedure of assembly, do not grease a carving of fixing bolts with any sealants or lubricants.

Before joining of components make sure of passability of openings of all galleries and maslotok. For reliability blow them compressed air.

When using compressed air do not forget to put on goggles!


Extraction of epiploons from the landing nests is made by a poddevaniye by their screw-driver with a flat sting or other suitable tool. Alternatively, pair of self-tapping screws which heads then it will be possible to grasp with nippers can be screwed in a face surface of an epiploon.

At assembly replacement of epiploons is made without fail.

Remember that extremely thin sealing sponges of epiploons can be easily damaged. Whenever possible use conic mandrels for ensuring smoothness of landing of epiploons. Before installation surely grease epiploon sponges. The cavity between sponges should be filled with dense lubricant.

If the return is especially not stipulated in the description of the assembly procedure, epiploons always have to be established by sponges inside (to the condensed cavity).

The press fitting / застукивание an epiploon in a nest is made by means of a mandrel as which the face head of the suitable size or a piece of a pipe of the corresponding diameter can act. Landing of an epiploon in a nest is made against the stop it in a casing coat hanger. If a coat hanger is not provided, then the epiploon is put aflush with a face surface of a casing (if the return is especially not stipulated in the description of the procedure of installation).

Fixture and carving openings

The "stuck" bolts and nuts for simplification of unscrewing and in order to avoid damage before an otdavaniye have to be processed by the special getting structure. Do not weaken a nut for combination of openings at all!

For correction of effort of tightening of fixture weaken a bolt/nut on a quarter of a turn, then tighten with the required effort. The last technique does not belong to cases when at the last stage fixture reaches on the corner stipulated in Specifications.

Lock-nuts and lock washers

All fixture rotating concerning the component case when tightening has to be without fail completed with a washer.

Spring and engraving washers after an otdavaniye of fixture are subject to replacement. The same treats lock washers with the bent tags.

Самоконтрящиеся nuts in noncritical knots can be reused, on condition of presence of a certain resistance at a navorachivaniye. It is necessary to notice that efficiency of functioning of kontryashchy structure in a nut carving considerably decreases over time, and therefore, such fixture will be more correct to be replaced after each otdavaniye.
