Recommendations about operation of the car

Fuel economy

Try to conduct the car smoothly, avoid sharp maneuvers and braking.
It is not necessary to warm up the engine excessively long. Begin the movement at a slow speed, gradually accelerating the car.

During the movement try that the engine rotated on the lower bound of the range of turns corresponding to the chosen transfer. At the same time the engine will work with the maximum return and at the minimum loadings.

Move whenever possible with a constant speed, avoid sharp braking, try to foresee change of a road situation to avoid surprises.

You watch the speed of the movement. Remember that fuel consumption increases in direct ratio speeds: at increase in speed of the movement from 110 to 130 km/h consumption of fuel increases for 25%.

Try to plan a route of the movement in advance. Remember that on the first kilometers of a distance fuel consumption more than twice exceeds norm since the engine did not reach optimum temperature yet.

Driving in a city cycle is the most adverse factor from the point of view of economy of fuel consumption. On distant trips try to go round whenever possible densely populated points and places of a congestion of vehicles.

You watch pressure of a rating of tires, check it at least once a month. Remember that the insufficient pressure of a rating increases swing resistance, and, therefore, and fuel consumption. Besides, the movement on flat tires is potentially dangerous.

Try to load competently the car, evenly distributing the weight of baggage and passengers on both axes of the car. Remember that in transit baggage on the top luggage carrier increases the aerodynamic resistance of the car and consequently also fuel consumption.

It is more preferable to transport big freights on the low trailer which is least influencing fuel consumption.

Do not forget to remove the top luggage carrier when need for it is absent. You do not store unnecessary baggage which transportation leads to unjustified increase in fuel consumption in the car.

Safety

At the movement in fog or under a heavy rain keep a distance, you remember that the brake way in such conditions increases. Include running fires. In case of need include fog headlights / lamps.

Remember that coupling of worn-out protectors of tires with the wet road sharply decreases.

At the air temperature below +10 °C when the possibility of formation of ice is not excluded, move with extra care. In snow season use winter tires, conduct the car smoothly, avoid sharp braking.

You watch adequacy of the review of the road. In time change brushes of screen wipers. You carry with yourself a set of spare lamps. Do not forget that quality of functioning of lighting and alarm fixtures of lighting plays an essential role in respect of traffic safety. You watch a condition of lighting fixtures, in time you make adjustment of optical axes of head headlights, regularly wipe lenses of external lighting fixtures.

In case of accident the car is equipped with the device of interruption in supply of fuel at blow.

At operation of a control lamp of level of brake fluid immediately stop the movement, park the car and contact the nearest service station.

After a crossing, and also after a wash of the car execute a number of short braking for the purpose of drying of brake disks / blocks.

Remember that on the equipped ABS models it is necessary to follow all general rules of the safe movement. Continue to observe a distance. Do not exceed speed, avoid sharp braking.
In transit children use the special devices providing their adequate protection. Do not forget to block locks of back doors. Do not leave small children in the parked car unguarded. Do not allow children to stand in space between seats. You watch that when using electrodriving window regulators, incidentally not to pinch hands, or articles of clothing.

Before opening a door, make sure that it can be executed safely. Going out of the car, do not forget to take a key from the lock of ignition and to cock the parking brake.

Observe all relevant requirements of traffic regulations at towage of the trailer and emergency vehicles.
